Access Data

NACC’s Data Front Door
The NACC Data Front Door (DFD) empowers researchers to rapidly search, visualize, and access ADRC participant data across modalities and repositories to access the pace of discovery in AD/ADRD.
The DFD offers streamlined access to a growing volume and variety of standardized and harmonized multimodal data from over 54,000 participants. Key components of the DFD include our streamlined Quick Access File Data Request System (powered by REDCap), real-time dashboards, secure LINKAGE enclave, and our new multimodal query tool (MQT). The DFD is enabling researchers to ask and answer new questions and to tackle the most pressing challenges in the field, including through AI-driven discovery.

Below are some of the key NACC Data Platform components that will be coming online over the course of the grant.
CLARiTI Public Dashboard (under construction):
Once MRI and PET imaging data are integrated and QC’d, summary and analysis data will be made available to the research community via the CLARiTI Public Dashboard. This dashboard tracks the number of participants with CLARiTI-related images and the total number of images submitted by each ADRC. This resource gives ADRCs and researchers up-to-date information on the number of images available for analysis.
Quick Access File (under construction):
CLARiTI datawill be made available to researchers everywhere using NACC’s Quick Access File Data Request System. Researchers can request data collected from all participating ADRCs, including summary, QC, and analysis (volumes and SUVRs) data, and eventually raw images. Learn more about NACC’s Data Request Process at this link including information outlined in the Researcher’s Handbook here at this link.
Multi-modal Query Tool v1 :
NACC collaborated with the CLARiTI team to build a self-service multi-modal query tool where researchers can build their own cohorts and multimodal datasets and quickly match data to research questions.
